Welcome to Capital Gymnastics! We are a boutique style gymnastics center offering clinics, small group and private lessons in gymnastics, cheer, acro dance and tumbling. We will continue to add new classes, clinics and programs as we grow. We are very excited to begin new programs in Verona.
